LA fashion Designer to watch... Simon Harouche

We got to hand it to Simone Harouche; not only did she single-handedly transform the Dirrty Xtina to the “Back to Basics” pin-up, but she’s credited as the mastermind behind Nicole Richie’s signature style. After building a roster of clients from J. Lo to Miley Cyrus, Harouche created a collection of handbags using vintage textiles scavenged over the years. The result? Her eponymous line of handcrafted carryalls, shoulder bags and hobos, “Simone Camille.” Sourcing fabrics and embellishments from all around the world—India, Pakistan, Egypt, Morocco… trust us, this girl gets around!—Harouche’s handbags embody the bohemian charm of the '60s with a quirky, Marrakesh twist. It’s no surprise that client (and bestie!) Nicole Richie was quick to pick up on the collection- it’s right up her alley, no? But Simone Camille has since spawned a second line, “Skins,” combining luxe leathers with one-of-a-kind trinkets. In addition, Harouche was recently tapped by Richie to come on board as a consultant for her line, “Winter Kate.” With all this genius coming out of one girl, we’re pretty sure that Indian war bonnet a.k.a. her “creative helmet” has a lot to do with it. Our shared love for Céline and Chanel was an easy jumping off point for us, as were her extensive set of silk kimonos, (which—may we add—were oh-so-reminiscent of Erin’s first collection!) Her trove of vintage treasures rivals some of the best we’ve ever seen and you know she loooves vintage… and Lanvin and Zandra Rhodes and L’Agence… But who can blame her? Girl’s got good taste.

I have finally booked my honeymoon to the Maldives for 10days at the  luxurious Coco Palm Bodu Hithi, I'm very excited we will  be staying at the exclusive Coco Club Escape Water Villa's.

Can't wait to try out all the amazing Spa treatments.

TOWIE STYLE

As you know like the whole nation I am obsessed with TOWIE and love the outfits they wear on the show. We drop the in law's to Stansted and my fianacee and popped into Minne's Boutique in Brentwood owned by Sam and Billie from the show the Only way is essex. They were both working and suprose to see them in the store. The store was so busy I felt a bit embrassed to ask for a picture ( not my style ) but I will pop down there on Sunday to check out there new stock hopefully I will be brave enought to ask for a picture.

The girls  are super friendly and happy to help.
